The Women In Industry (WIN) initiative exists to accelerate the success of women-identified students and professionals. By leveraging university and community resources, we strive to engage leaders, affect conversations and encourage allyship through a variety of elevating experiences.

Sandra is an assistant professor of human resources and director of the human resource management program in the Rowland School of Business at Point Park University.
